1. Breakfast - Start your day with breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day. Studies have found that people who eat a healthy (low-fat, low-sugar) breakfast each day burn more body fat on the Weight Loss Magic Program than those who don't. Start your day with breakfast to kick-start your metabolism and set it up right to burn fat all day long.
2. Eating sugar will make you fat - Eat lots of fruits and vegetables; only a few small daily servings of bread, rice or pasta; reasonable portions of lean, protein-rich foods and low-fat dairy, but eat only sparing amounts of sweets and sodas.
3. Don't be afraid to eat healthy fats - Your body needs healthy fats for many reasons, including keeping your weight at the right level. Healthy Fats are monosaturated oils like olive, peanut and canola oils; avocadoes; nuts; omega-3 fats like salmon and mackerel, and soya-based foods. Eat these fats, and don't eat the saturated and trans-fats found in margarine and most processed and fried foods. Taking Fat Absorber with fat-containing meals will help you metabolize any excess fat you may eat during a meal.
4. Walk for Life - Get your blood circulating. If you want to stay healthy, you've got to move. A brisk, daily, 20 or 30 minute walk will do the trick.
5. Drink Water - Drink a full glass of water with your supplements and drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day. Your body needs adequate water to enable the supplements to work at their best, metabolize fat and keep your cells hydrated and healthy.
6. DON'T DIET !! The program works best when you eat normal, nutritious meals throughout the day. Fasting or starving lowers your metabolism and makes it harder for the supplements to work.
